Mr. Whitacre is a member of the Director’s Guild of America as a Production Manager. In addition to production legal credits, his feature film screen credits include Executive Producer, Supervising Producer and Associate Producer.

Mr. Whitacre’s representation in film includes business and equity structures for film development and production financing investment packages, production contracts for talent, music, cast and crew, permitting, licensing, copyright, and a specialty in the delivery requirements for distribution agreements with major worldwide distributors.
